Circular Walk Ord Hill, North Kessock

Organised by Dingwall Field Club. Non-members welcome for £2 contribution. Meeting place No. 1 Car Park Dingwall, unless previously agreed with Walk Leaders. Walk Leader for this walk is Anne Balfour 10381 620643. Good woodland paths and tracks. Approx. 2 miles.

Come prepared and equipped for bad weather and some rough walking.

Please bring a Packed Lunch on Saturday Outings.

Members and guests are asked to follow the leader's instructions. Please stay with the group unless otherwise agreed with the leader.

Any children under 16 must be accompanied by, and under control of, an adult who accepts full responsibility for them and cannot be the  Walk Leader. In the interests of your own safety and that of others, exercise care at all times.

Leaders may, at their discretion, alter or cancel outings (eg bad weather).  Contact the walk leader for anything about outings if you need more information.

No Dogs allowed on any of the Club Outings.

Annual membership of Dingwall Field Club is only £15 per person, or £25 for a couple.  There is normally a charge of £2 per outing for non members.

Exploring Dornoch's Heritage

Course led by Susan Kruse, ARCH

Thursdays, 10:30am-1pm beginning 22nd February, Dornoch Social Club

Join us to share memories or learn about sites, finds and heritage of the local area! We will explore what remains, what has changed and what has disappeared, then start digging deeper to research any topics of interest. Later sessions will allow us to pull all the information together into a community display. Informal and lively, this course assumes no previous knowledge. Come to one or all the sessions. Donations please to cover venue hire. All welcome – free coffees and teas!
